Whale Watching
ByBus in cooperation with Hvalsafari AS in Vesterålen, offer organized tours from the East of Lofoten to Andenes every Tuesday in June, July and August. This tour includes a 3-hour whale watch cruise to search for sperm whales and other marine mammals, and a visit to the Whale Centre.
The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS), that has specialized in publishing reviews of this type of tourism all over the world has given us the following commendation: “The world’s largest, most successful Arctic whale watching operation is Hvalsafari AS (Whalesafari Ltd.) in Andenes”.

Weather conditions:
The whale watching is subject to weather and sea conditions and we reserve the right to change departure times or cancel a departure. ByBus are continually in contact with the Whale Centre regarding this issue. If the whale watching is cancelled, we will of course offer guests an alternative activity. |

Extra: Regatta Suite
We offer Regatta floatation suits for rent. The suit will keep you warm and dry. We will need approximate weight and height of the guests.
